PRIVATE YOGA
Private yoga offers the opportunity for sessions to be tailored to clients individual needs and requirements, providing a deeper and beneficial practice for the individual or individuals.
Within these sessions you have the opportunity to focus on one particular aspect, this could be physical or psychological or you may wish to focus and learn a particular type of yoga, e.g. Yin Yoga or Hatha Yoga. If focusing on the psychological benefits you could work with mindfulness and pranayama practices.
We will arrange a consultation to understand what it is you would like and require, this can be for individual, small groups or corporate sessions and courses.
All private yoga sessions can be arranged as a one-off event or a regular recurring session.

ONE TO ONE
One to one yoga sessions can be a great way to introduce you to yoga, to gain an understanding of the basics in a comfortable environment, or allow you to focus on a particular aspect due to a health condition, injury or preference.
